A Whole In One offers a unique range of youth enrichment programs that use golf as a powerful tool to promote mental health, emotional resilience, and personal growth. Through initiatives like Golf for Mental Health, Life Skills Through Golf, and Golf Therapy, we help youth build emotional resilience, develop life skills, and foster a sense of community and confidence. Our Youth Golf Mentorship Program connects younger participants with role models (we call them caddies), while our Youth Golf Tournaments provide opportunities to build self-esteem and learn the values of healthy competition. By blending golf with behavioral health principles, we create a supportive environment that empowers youth to thrive both on and off the course.
